To ensure a clear and successful partnership, please review our standard terms. These outline payment schedules, brand usage guidelines, and additional costs.

Payment Structure

  • 50% Advance: Required to confirm your order and begin setup.
  • 50% On-site: Due upon delivery and installation of your microgreens unit.
  • GST-18%: All account payments will include GST.

Additional Costs

  • Material & Travel: Transportation costs will be charged extra at actuals.
  • Annual Brand Fee: ₹25,000 for "Powered by Adidev Grown Green" brand use, payable annually.

Any misuse of the “Powered by Adidev Grown Green” brand name or breach of agreed guidelines will result in immediate termination of the contract without refund.
