Workshop Terms & Disclaimer
1 Booking & Payment
· Advance payment is required to confirm your workshop registration.
· Fees are non-transferable, except with prior written approval from us.
2 Cancellation & Rescheduling
· Participant-initiated Cancellation:
o Within 48 hours of booking confirmation:
Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
o After 48 hours and up to 7 days before the workshop date:
Eligible for 50% refund of the workshop fee.
o Within 7 days of the workshop date:
No refund will be provided.
· Organizer-initiated Cancellation:
If we cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen reasons, participants can choose either:
✔ A full refund OR
✔ Transfer to a future workshop date (without any additional cost)
3 Health & Safety
· Participants must comply with all safety and hygiene guidelines during the workshop.
· We are not responsible for:
o Allergic reactions to seeds, plants, or materials used
o Any personal injury resulting from improper handling of tools or equipment
4 Intellectual Property
· All workshop content, including materials, videos, presentations, and handouts, is for personal learning only.
