Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only:

• If order is cancelled before dispatch
• If replacement is not possible for a return-approved case

Once processed:

• Refund will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

No refund for:

• Workshop bookings within 48 hours of scheduled date
• Perishable items after delivery

Incorrect address provided by customer

 

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of microgreens and seeds, we follow a strict no-return policy.

Returns are only accepted if:

• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged product received during transit

Conditions for return approval:

• Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video proof.
• Product must be unused and in original packaging.

Once approved, we will provide replacement or store credit.
